Starting a pension plan is one of the smartest moves you can make. The good news is that it’s never too late to get on board, start your journey and take charge of your situation, regardless of where you’re at.
This 30-minute session will give you all the info you need. We’ll chat about how pensions work, the different types of pensions, how much you need to retire comfortably, when you should start saving, and how to get started.
This year, it’s been impossible to ignore the markets. Driven by inflation, interest rates, and war, there have been significant declines in most markets – followed by a partial recovery in the summer.
This session looks at how you should invest your pension in 2022 and beyond. Which regions of the world are hot, and which are best avoided? Should you reallocate in or out of equities? What’s the outlook for commodities and bonds?
This session, designed for people approaching retirement, aims to make your transition from work to retirement smooth and enjoyable as possible.
We’ll consider the relevant issues, from financial questions like investment planning and how you draw down your pension, to less concrete considerations, like planning your post-retirement ‘career’.
What does a good SME employee value proposition look like in 2022?
This event will set out a vision and practical steps for an SME EVP in 2022. Using insights from research, recruitment, real-world, regulators, and benefits advisors, we’ll look at:
– What benefits employees really value;
– Wellness in the workplace;
– Benefits planning for senior managers and executives;
– The changing regulatory environment for SME pensions.
If you have responsibility for pensions and people in an SME or fast-growth business in Ireland, this Masterclass is for you.
There are many reasons women have lower pension income in Ireland. It’s time that we have an honest conversation on how women: are to be compensated for the disproportionate time spent in periods of care-giving, can avoid being excluded from pension on the basis of income thresholds, and may plan work, retirement and savings arrangements
Directors and management of small companies and business owners have unique opportunities to use pensions as a way to extract value from a company in a highly efficient manner. What’s more, a strong pension and benefits offering is a great way to recruit, reward and retain staff.
Whether you are starting from scratch, or want to improve on your existing offering, this webinar will help you get a grip on what pensions can do for your company.
What’s Pensions Awareness Week?
Pensions Awareness Week (PAW) is an initiative to raise awareness about the importance of pensions for all people in Ireland.
Many of us feel that we should be doing more to get to grips with our pension plans. Pensions Awareness Week is where that conversation starts. It’s the only place where pension savers, pension experts, businesses and financial wellbeing organisations get together to offer help. Join the conversation by registering today!
