  12.  Severance

  14. Applicable law
    If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms of Use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the consumer’s country of domicile and we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the consumer’s country of domicile.
    If you are a business, these Terms of Use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Irish law.  We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
