To keep up with our growth, we’re looking for a dedicated Senior Mortgage Director to join our company.

Skills required

  • Professional Qualifications & Experience

    • Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA or equivalent)
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in mortgages
    • Strong experience managing the full mortgage process end-to-end
    • Solid understanding of protection and cross-selling opportunities
  • Commercial & Revenue Capability

    • Strong track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
    • Ability to develop and grow a client base
    • Commercial mindset with focus on conversion and opportunity identification
    • Experience working towards and exceeding targets
  • Business Development & Commercial Awareness

    • Demonstrated commercial awareness and business development capability.
    • Experience contributing to business budgeting or forecasting.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel, CRM, and performance tracking.
  • Leadership & Development

    • Experience mentoring or leading others in an advisory environment
    • Ability to contribute to team performance and development
    • Interest in progressing into a leadership or management role
    • Strong judgement and decision-making capability
  • Systems & Communication

    • Ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking
    • Clear and confident communication (written and verbal)
    • Strong presentation and client engagement skills

Key responsibilities

  • Advisory & Client Leadership

    • Manage the full mortgage journey from initial engagement through to drawdown
    • Prepare and present client recommendations and suitability reports
    • Build long-term client relationships
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities across protection and financial planning
    • Maintain high regulatory and compliance standards
  • Commercial & Business Development

    • Take ownership of personal revenue targets and performance
    • Develop and grow an existing client base
    • Build and maintain introducer and referral relationships
    • Contribute to pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
    • Track performance through CRM and KPIs
  • Business Development

    • Support and mentor team members
    • Contribute to recruitment and onboarding
    • Drive consistency in advice standards and processes
    • Participate in performance discussions and case reviews
    • Work closely with leadership on strategy and business development
  • Progression to Business Leadership

    • Take increasing responsibility for team performance and coordination
    • Contribute to budgeting and commercial planning
    • Support operational oversight and business performance
    • Progress towards full P&L responsibility
    • Represent the business within the wider Moneycube group
